I am opening a wall to my home to make my kitchen and lounge room into one room.?
I am opening a wall to my home to make my kitchen and lounge room into one room. My kitchen is really big about 6m x 8m and my lounge room is about 6m x 5m. How big should my wall be cut out for this room.
Please help.

I would make it the same size as a pair of French doors–60″ x 80″. This would allow a large enough space to satisfy you, but still allow the next guy to put in a set of doors in a standard opening.
